"Shipping took forever and support wasn’t much help"
I ordered a telescope part the shipping was a lot slower than I expected. The tracking info barely changed the whole time, and when I reached out to support, the replies were generic and didn’t really help much. Anyway... the part itself was fine when it finally showed up, but the overall experience was kind of frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Fuzzy view and not worth the effort"
I was really hoping this would work better, but the view was blurry and the overall performance was underwhelming. I kept trying to adjust it and make it work, which just felt like wasted energy in the end.

The package arrived with the box slightly dented. I know it’s not the biggest deal, and the item itself seemed fine, but I still think it’s worth mentioning since I expected the packaging to be in better shape.

I tried to use the warranty, the whole return process was way more confusing than I expected. Maybe I’m not the most patient person, and I’ll admit I probably waited too long to follow up a couple times, but the replies were really slow and I kept feeling like I was going in circles. By the end, I still felt stuck and frustrated.

"Broke after just a few uses"
I only used this a handful of times before it broke. It felt cheap right out of the box, but I figured I’d give it a chance. What a joke, it didn’t even last long enough to be worth the hassle.

I ordered from bresserusa.com expecting the setup to be straightforward, but once I actually started putting everything together, it got frustrating fast. The instructions didn’t really guide me in a clear order, so I kept having to stop and figure out what they meant.
From my experience, the biggest issue was that the steps didn’t line up well with the parts and settings in front of me. Instead of just following along, I was constantly double-checking, guessing, and redoing things, which made the whole process take way longer than it should have.
Even after I finally got it set up, using it didn’t feel much smoother. The menus and controls felt clunky, and by that point I was already annoyed. Based on how the whole experience went, I wouldn’t buy it again.

My order arrived in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much there. The packaging was fine and nothing was damaged, which I appreciated. That said, it did take a bit longer than I was expecting, and the tracking updates were slow, so I wasn’t always sure where the package was. Overall, not a bad experience, but the shipping could definitely be a little smoother...

I stopped in hoping to grab a few things, but sooo many of the items I wanted were out of stock. The selection felt super tiny too, like there just wasn’t much to choose from.

"Fair price, but I was hoping for more"
It’s an okay deal overall, but I kept comparing it to similar buys I’ve made before, and the value didn’t really stand out. The price is decent, just not quite the bargain I expected.

I had to reach out to Bresser USA with a question about my order, nothing huge, just something I wanted cleared up before it shipped. They were nice when they finally got back to me, and the reply didn’t feel canned or rude or anything. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I ended up sending a follow-up while I was eating lunch and checking my email for the tenth time. In the end they sorted it out, so I can’t really complain too much. It was okay overall, just a little slower than I’d hoped

The scope was mostly on point, so no major complaints there. But the reliability was a bit meh. Shipping info was off by a day, and support took their sweet time getting back to me. Not awful or anything, just average overall.
